Sat. April 29, 2023 11am-1pm: Sarah Caso and Amanda Niemela will be presenting on the native bees of California and how to create pollinator gardens at Annie's Annuals and Perennials. Sat. April 8, 2023 10am-4pm: Dr. Gordon Frankie and his students Sarah Caso and Amanda Niemela will be at the Pollinator & Friends Day at the Ruth Bancroft Garden. They will be stationed at a table with boxes of colorful bees, pamphlets, and stickers! Come by to ask all your bee questions!
Wed. April 5, 2023 7PM: Sarah Caso will be presenting for the SF Beekeeper's Association on native bee ecology in California. Gordon Frankie will answer questions following the presentation. Sat. April 1, 2023 10am-4pm: Dr. Gordon Frankie and his students Sarah Caso and Amanda Niemela will be at the Bee Summit at Annie's Annuals and Perennials. They will giving a short talk on native bees, and then will be set up at a table with boxes of bees and some fun stickers! Stop by to learn all about bees and ask any questions you may have.
Wed. December 14, 2022 9:30-12PM: Gordon Frankie will be presenting at UC ANR's IPM, Cover Crops, and Hedgerows Field Day at the Hansen Agricultural Research and Extension Center. Tues. March 30, 2022 8-10AM: Gordon Frankie will be speaking via Zoom at the "Avocado Cafe", sharing the lab's research about how pollinator gardens attract diverse native pollinators to visit Avocado flowers in Greater Ventura. Register for this virtual meeting by emailing cafeavos@gmail.com.

Mon. May 3, 11am-12pm: Sarah Caso will be speaking on native bees and pollinator gardening to the Contra Costa Master Gardener's group! She will present on how to create habitats to support native bee populations.
